Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule

Mid 4x10-Hour (13:00 - 23:30)

Assignment Details

Call required. Minimal RTO.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 3 years of OR experience
• Experience in diverse surgical procedures including ortho-total joint, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and thoracic
• Phlebotomy and IV placement competency required
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room
• Perform nursing duties during surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide necessary interventions
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and other safety measures
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery
