Registered Nurse – Step-Down

Schedule

Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend requirement: every other.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks with guaranteed hours. Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Pending licenses accepted.
• Charting experience with EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to step-down patients, monitoring their post-operative recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
