Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry

Schedule

Contract duration: 13 weeks. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend. Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per week.

Assignment Details

Patient ratios: 1:4-5. Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs, specifically within the service line.

Requirements

• Active nursing license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Completion of Relias EKG exam required

Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care in a high-paced unit
• Manage acute medical conditions and dysrhythmias
• Administer tube feeds and titrate oxygen as needed
• Perform phlebotomy and other necessary procedures
