Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Schedule

12 hour day shift (0645 to 1915) - 3 days a week. Every other weekend.

Assignment Details

36 hours per week for 3-12s.

Requirements

• 1 year med-surg-cardiac/Telemetry experience
• ACLS, NIH, and BCLS required
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with medical-surgical and telemetry needs
• Monitor patient vital signs and initiate appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimized patient care
• Document patient assessments and care provided in electronic records
