Registered Nurse – MS/Tele Float

Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Assignment Details

26 weeks, minimum 36 hours/week, every other weekend coverage required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience required
• Must be able to float to Med-Surg and other Tele units
• Ventilator experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Must be able to read cardiac strips
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
• Provide telemetry monitoring both on unit and remotely
• Utilize Rapid Response Teams for emergency situations
• Manage patients post-cardiac interventions and procedures
• Administer and manage IV therapies and medications according to protocols
• Care for ventilated patients and manage respiratory therapies

Compliance / Notes

RTO must be included in the submittal. No RTO for the first two weeks of an assignment. Once RTO is submitted, changes can only be made to cancel time requested.
