Registered Nurse – MS/Tele Float

Schedule

Night shift, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Assignment Details

Must be able to work 36 or 48 hours per week. No time off requests are allowed within the first 2 weeks of the assignment. All candidates must work 3 out of 5 holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS/Tele.
• Active RN license in California.
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS required.
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum of 3 years of experience in a large facility (400 beds or larger).
• EKG Exam to be administered on the first day of orientation; must pass to continue with contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a telemetric and medical-surgical environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Compliance / Notes

No return to off (RTO) requests permitted within the first two weeks of the assignment. No pending licenses; all must be active at the time of submission. This position requires flexibility to float between units as needed.
