Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00).

Assignment Details

Ratios: 1:4. Guaranteed hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period. Floating between like units, including med surg, is required.

Requirements

• Experience with ventilated patients and tracheostomy management.
• Years of experience required: 1.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH.
• Pending license not accepted.
• RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patients on telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
