Registered Nurse – Cardiac Tele

Schedule

3x12 hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, with weekend shifts required.

Assignment Details

36 hours per week, with a contract length of 13 to 26 weeks and floating as needed.

Requirements

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Strong Cardiac Tele, PCU, IMC, and Stepdown experience.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients with cardiac conditions such as congestive heart failure and arrhythmias.
• Administer cardiac drips and assist with procedures including sheath pulls and TR Bands.
• Collaborate with healthcare team using SBAR communication for patient care.
• Ensure proper documentation using electronic medical record systems.
