Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule

Day shift, 4x12 hours (06:30 - 19:00).

Assignment Details

36 or 48 hour shifts available, with 6 weekend shifts required in a 6 week period. Floating to units of equal acuity may be necessary.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification required
• 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience preferred
• Must be within a 50 mile local radius; locals not accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
