Caregiver Opportunities: PSS, CRMA, or C.N.A. Roles
Are you a compassionate professional dedicated to preserving dignity and enhancing the quality of life for seniors? We are seeking qualified Personal Support Specialists (PSS), Certified Residential Medication Assistants (CRMA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) to join our resident-centered care team!
At our facility, you will deliver meaningful care that highlights each resident’s unique abilities, ensuring their physical, psychosocial, and medication needs are met with excellence.
Role Overviews & Responsibilities
- Personal Support Specialist (PSS):
Provide individualized care meeting the physical and psychosocial needs of residents based on their functional assessment and service plan, always working to preserve dignity and independence.
- Certified Residential Medication Assistant (CRMA):
Safely administer physician-ordered medications and treatments in strict accordance with established nursing standards, facility policies, and the requirements of the State of Maine.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.):
Act as a core member of our nursing team, providing assigned residents with routine daily care and support in alignment with their individualized Plan of Care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Must hold an active PSS, CRMA, or C.N.A. certification.
- Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in a residential care or nursing home environment—or work/volunteer experience with the elderly—is preferred.
