PRN Aides/CNA

About the Role: Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Aides/CNAs to join our team in Columbus, IN. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to supervising clinical staff
• Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
• Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health agency protocols

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) credentials in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a similar patient care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a home environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
• Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed
