Personal Care Assistant(PCA) Assisted & Independent Living

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Independent Living/Assisted living. Located in Edmond. 

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support residents in Assisted living or Independent living communities. Help residents maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life while providing friendly, reliable assistance.

What You'll Do 

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide meal assistance and escort residents as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Escort residents to activities and appointments
• Assist with groceries and errands as assigned
• Complete required documentation

• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer/documentation skills
• Senior living or caregiving experience preferred
• Must meet applicable background and employment requirements

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift/push/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
