Paramount Home Health Care is urgently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and Home Health Aide to provide personal care and daily living assistance to a client with a disability in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Schedule

• Position: Part-Time
• Days: Monday through Sunday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM daily
• Shift Length: 4 hours per day – 28 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe transfers from bed to wheelchair, recliner, and bathroom.
• Provide personal hygiene and bathing assistance.
• Assist with dressing and other activities of daily living.
• Provide assistance with feeding and drinking as needed.
• Maintain the client's comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the shift.
• Follow the client's care plan and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous Home Health Aide experience is required.
• Must have a valid CPR card.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and dependable transportation to meet the daily schedule.
• Must be compassionate, patient, responsible, and attentive to the client's needs.
• Must be comfortable assisting with transfers and personal care for a client with a disability.
