Job Title: Medical Records / Transportation Director (CNA)

This will be a split position. Must have valid CNA certification. Schedule may include floor shifts.

Requirements:

• Heath Informatics education preferred.
• Minimum of one year of medical records experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to medical records in a long-term care setting.
• Valid and in good standing driver's license.
• Must have valid CNA certification.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains patient medical records and computerized programs in accordance with federal and state guidelines and established policies and procedures.
• Performs periodic reviews and audits of all medical records in the facility, including current and discharged residents.
