Position Title

Schedule

Orientation will be held on Wednesdays. The position requires travel to locations that are 50+ miles from the facility. A 40-hour work week is possible if needed.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Minimum years of experience as required by the specific role.
• Certifications relevant to the specialty.
• Experience with relevant EMR systems, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care consistent with established standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
