**Title:** Nursing – Long Term Care
**Schedule:**
- Varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidate must be flexible - no guarantee of hours or shift preference.
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: None
**Requirements:**
- Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date.
- Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Perform assessments and treatments.
- Administer medications.
- Notify medical practitioners of pertinent information.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide care for specialized medical equipment including gastrostomy tubes, urinary catheters, wound vacs, CPAP, and tracheostomies.
- Participate in admitting and discharging patients.
**Compliance / Notes:**
- Must arrive the Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday.
