Base Pay: $25.00–$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse to join our day shift nursing team.

As a Float LPN, you'll provide nursing care across assigned units based on resident and staffing needs, helping ensure consistent, quality care throughout our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across assigned units as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across different nursing units.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
