LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care and support to residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure the comfort of residents.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Shift Information

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights (1800 - 0600)
• Schedule: 3x12 Hour shifts, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current LPN licensure in Kansas or a compact state at the time of submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with Point Care preferred.
• First-time travelers will be considered, but must have at least 2 years of experience.
