Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist in the coordination of patient discharge plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Strong attendance record is essential for this role.
• Preference will be given to active healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Current certifications in CPR and other relevant areas preferred.
