Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a night shift schedule. This position involves providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in accordance with established standards and practices.

Shift Information

• Schedule: Thursday to Saturday
• Shift Hours: 6 PM to 6 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Assist in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and ensure accurate charting using the PCC system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Patient Care Ratio

The nurse-to-patient ratio for this role is 1 to 23, ensuring you can provide focused attention to each resident.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
