Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and a commitment to the well-being of each patient.

Work Schedule

• No block scheduling
• Rotation of 34.5/46
• Flat overtime available for 13 weeks
• Every other weekend (EOW) commitment required

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Assess patient health status and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
• Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the practicing state.
• Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
