Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in training and mentoring of new staff and nursing students.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications may be necessary based on unit requirements.
