About the Role: Assisting Hands of Burlington is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team in Mount Laurel, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support.

Flexible scheduling across all shifts to fit your lifestyle:

• Weekend shift
• Weekdays shift
• Mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights
• Part time or Full time

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Active NJ CHHA License (Certified Home Health Aide) — required.
• Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Mount Laurel, NJ area
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Driver's License, State ID or Passport.
• Recent physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB immunization (PPD or QuantiFERON).
• Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccination.
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
