Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding home health position providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients in their homes. This role functions as a case manager, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients while enjoying flexibility and independence in your day.

Responsibilities
• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
• Manage and coordinate patient care plans
• Complete clinical documentation and assessments
• Collaborate with the clinical team to identify opportunities for improved patient outcomes
• Promote high-quality patient care and service excellence
Requirements
• Must have a current RN license in the state of Kansas and Missouri
• At least 1 year of recent experience with adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
