Home Instead is hiring Care Professionals to provide non-medical, in-home care for seniors throughout Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

What You’ll Do:

Our Care Professionals provide a combination of personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and safety support based on each client’s individual needs. The specific duties you perform will vary depending on the client and their care plan.

Personal Care:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with dressing and toileting
• Provide incontinence care
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Daily Living Support:

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Health & Safety:

• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, clean environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or senior care experience is preferred
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to client care
• Ability to follow Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and the client's care plan
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the office team
• A valid Level 2 Background screening. This position is subject to Florida Level 2 background screening requirements through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. For more information, visit https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification
• Willingness to complete all required training and onboarding
