Mercy Plus Healthcare Services is looking for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides and Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. No previous home health experience is required — we provide training and support to help you get started.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Aide/Caregiver, you’ll provide non-medical support based on each client’s individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Preparing meals
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Transportation to appointments or errands when required
• Following individualized care instructions
• Communicating with clients, families, and the Mercy Plus team

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $17.13/hour
• Part-time opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs
• One-on-one, home-based client assignments
• Opportunities throughout Genesee County and other available service areas

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, compassionate, and respectful
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Willingness to learn and follow care instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred or required for certain assignments
• No previous caregiving experience required
