The Care Role

As a Home Care Aide (HHA, CNA, PCA) with Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home-where they want to be. This role exists to support everyday routines with kindness, patience, and a steady, reliable presence.

Key responsibilities
- Provide companionship and warm conversation
- Help with meals, errands, and medication reminders
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Support daily living tasks and light housekeeping
- Keep the home environment safe, clean, and calm

What you'll need
- Compassionate, respectful, dependable
- Conversational English communication
- Reliable transportation to client homes (driver's license preferred, not required)
- Commitment to health and safety standards

Your Day, Simply

You'll head to a client's home and start by checking in-what's the plan for today, and how are they feeling? The day flows around their routine: a little conversation, a little structure, and a lot of steady support. You'll keep notes as you go, adjust to small changes with a problem-solver mindset, and communicate updates so everyone stays on the same page. Some visits are quiet and comforting; others are busy and upbeat. Either way, you wrap up knowing you helped someone feel safe, seen, and cared for.
