Responsibilities include: Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care Supporting meals and snacks, including serving in the dining room and clearing tables Responding promptly to emergency call systems Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents' condition Maintaining care documentation in line with state regulations and Allegro Living policies Following safety, sanitation, infection control, residents' rights, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements Assisting with resident transportation when needed (valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and insurability may be required) Helping with light cleaning and laundry in resident rooms and common areas Attending required meetings and in-service trainings Communicating professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors Other related duties as assigned Certification and licensure requirements vary by state; CNA certification may be required in some states.
