We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a flexible four-day workweek, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive care for patients of all ages. You’ll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team with dedicated clinical support, protected administrative time, and a focus on quality care over patient volume.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• You hold an active New Hampshire APRN license or are eligible to obtain one
• You have DEA registration or are eligible to obtain it
• 3+ years of direct primary care experience is strongly preferred
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan
• You have strong independent clinical decision-making skills
• You value preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education
• You enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
• FQHC or community health experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $114,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus paid over the first year
• 28 days of PTO annually for full-time clinicians
