**Requirements:**
- Current nursing license
- Relevant certifications as required
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
