• Outpatient setting M-F.
• Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend.

1099 Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $110-115/HR.
• Malpractice Insurance Covered.

Requirements:

• Any State license Accepted..
• DEA required.
• BLS, PALS.
