Marshall Healthcare Facility is a 64 bed skilled and long term care facility located in the beautiful coastal town of Machias, Maine. Our employees are among the most loyal and dedicated, some having worked here over 25 years. In addition to the attention provided by our highly trained and skilled staff, our residents have complete access to restorative nursing and therapy services on an as needed basis. Through professional care planning and engaging activities, the aim is to help individuals live as independently as possible, with dignity and respect. Pay & Shift Differentials:

• Base Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Night Shift Differentials (Earn Extra!):
• Sun – Thu Nights: +$4.50/hr
• Fri & Sat Nights: +$6.00/hr! (Earn up to $29.00/hr on weekend nights!)

Your Role & Impact

As a vital link between our residents, nurses, and staff, you will provide hands-on comfort, support, and advocacy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.

• Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts.

• Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.

• Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations.

Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course (all experience levels welcome, including new grads!).

• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely.
