At Athens Health and Rehabilitation, we're seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Night Shift team!

Earn $17.00–$21.10/hour, including our $1.00 night shift differential!

Night shift CNAs play an essential role in keeping residents safe, comfortable, and cared for while the rest of the world sleeps.

In our home-like long-term care environment, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and become a trusted part of their daily lives.

🩺 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with toileting, personal hygiene, repositioning, and overnight care
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and follow safety and infection-control procedures
• Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure continuity of care

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification in good standing
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and resident care skills
• Ability to provide attentive care during overnight hours
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
