Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long Term Care

**Title** CNA – Long-Term Care **Schedule** Full-time evenings (37.5 hours/week) **Assignment Details** Contract Length: 27 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week **Requirements** - NYS Nursing Assistant Certification - BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) - One (1) year of experience in long-term care **Roles & Responsibilities** - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as per individualized care plans, ensuring comfort and safety. - Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, responding promptly to call lights and alarms. - Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal delivery and feeding as needed. - Help promote residents' rehabilitative goals through appropriate techniques and interventions. - Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or psychosocial status to the appropriate nursing staff promptly. - Follow all policies and procedures regarding safety and care documentation. **Compliance / Notes** All contracts must run through the holiday season. Must be available to begin full-shift orientation.
