Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care

Schedule

Every other weekend rotation.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36/week.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience
• BLS certification
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
