CNA – Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule

5/8 hour shifts; must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week, including every other weekend and holidays.

Assignment Details

Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Current NYS CNA license
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
• Support the emotional and social needs of patients
