Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This role is integral to providing exceptional care and support to residents in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Participate in engaging residents during meal times, fostering social interaction.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to management.
• Support residents in developing and achieving personal goals.

Shift Information

The facility is open to offering 12-hour shifts. Employees enjoy unpaid meal breaks, with the unique opportunity to eat with residents without the requirement to clock out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
