Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $19.65/hour

• Minimum: 35 hours per week

• Schedule: Flexible shifts with every other weekend required

Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.) in clients’ homes

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to clinical staff

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily routines

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a safe environment at all times

Requirements

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in New York State

• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)

• Completion of a NYS Department of Health–approved HHA training program or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older

• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills

• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
