Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. If you enjoy getting to know your residents, seeing their progress, and working closely with a care team, we would love to meet you.

Your role

• Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, and coordinate timely follow-up with providers.

• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility procedures.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants and other care team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.

• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.

What you bring

• An active RN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.

• A dependable, compassionate approach to resident care.

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
