We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Restorative Nurse at Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Restorative Nurse, you will play a critical role in supervising and implementing our facility's Restorative Nursing Program, ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

About the Role:

As a Restorative Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation and day-to-day operation of our facility's Restorative Nursing Program. You will work closely with our Therapy team to maintain residents' highest level of functioning and well-being, and ensure that all residents receive individualized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and ensure the appropriate implementation and day-to-day operation of the Facility's Restorative Nursing Program

• Work in coordination with Therapy to maintain residents' highest level of functioning and well-being

• Implement Restorative plans of care and understand the concepts for use of and how to apply braces, prosthesis, slings, and restraining devices

• Provide supervision of Restorative Nursing Assistants and certified nursing assistants on implementation of the Restorative Nursing Program and Restorative plans of care

• Monitor competency of Restorative Nursing Assistants and other certified nursing assistants on implementation of the Restorative Nursing Program, as directed

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program

• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices

• Must possess and maintain a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Delaware
