**Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehabilitation**

Guaranteed Hours: 36
**Requirements:**
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication and conflict management.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Participate in continuing education.
