**Title:** Surgical Technologist – General Surgery **Schedule:** - Rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday - On-call: Late shift call rotation and every 4th weekend **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week **Requirements:** - 1 year of operating room experience required - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Assist in surgical procedures, preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and available. - Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure efficient flow of the surgical process. - Monitor patient comfort and safety during surgical procedures. - Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and instruments used. - Support post-operative care as required. **Compliance / Notes:** - Increased bill rate.
