**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification: Required
- S.T.A.B.L.E Certification: Required
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (INTFETAL): Required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze patient health data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, promoting health and a safe environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide educational opportunities for patients and their families.
