Hourly Pay: $ 37.25

Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00

Weekly Total Pay: $ 2363.50

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds, depending upon Unit

Patient Ratio: 1:6, typically
-
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
-
8hrs non-billable orientation

Key Responsibilities:
-
Admitting and assessing patients
-
Administering medications and treatments
-
Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
-
Operating and tracking medical equipment
-
Running and ordering tests
-
Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists
-
Charting patient progress
Compensation:
-
Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must have 2 years current Medical Surgical experience
-
Telemetry experience required
-
Willingness to float- Required
-
Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED
-
Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
-
Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
-
Must have National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale NIHSS certification
-
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
-
Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
