About IV Nutrition

At IV Nutrition, our mission is simple: optimal health and wellness, driven by you, supported by us. We believe in empowering people to take control of their health through education and affordable, natural medicine. Our team is passionate about building genuine relationships with our clients and guiding them toward their wellness goals.

We're driven by six core values:

  • Knowledgeable — we stay informed and educated, providing expert care and advice
  • Passionate — we are deeply committed to the well-being of our clients
  • Balanced Leadership — we lead with a balance of empathy, wisdom, and strength
  • Integrity — we uphold the highest standards of honesty and ethical conduct
  • Partnership — we work collaboratively, valuing every member of our team and our clients
  • Humility — we remain humble, always learning, and striving to improve
About the Role

We're looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership instincts to take the helm as Clinic Director of one of our outpatient IV Nutrition locations. This is a leadership-first role with full ownership of clinic success — you'll be the person clients, staff, and company leadership look to for results.

You'll oversee everything that makes a clinic thrive: clinical excellence, team development, client experience, and business performance. It's a rare opportunity to apply your clinical expertise while building real management and business skills — growing memberships, leading a team, and shaping the day-to-day life of a thriving wellness clinic.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Quality

  • Administer IV therapies: start IVs, run fluids, and monitor clients throughout treatment to ensure safe, effective care
  • Compound IV solutions accurately according to physician orders, standing protocols, and aseptic technique, ensuring proper dosing, labeling, and sterile preparation
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and responses to therapy
  • Ensure every clinical practice, including compounding and medication handling, meets professional standards, state regulations, and accreditation requirements
  • Provide clinical guidance to staff and ensure adherence to physician orders and standing orders
  • Stay current on IV therapy and nutrition infusion techniques, and share that knowledge with your team

Patient Consultations & Education

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client health goals, history, and suitability for IV therapy services
  • Educate clients on available IV therapies, ingredients, and expected benefits so they can make informed decisions
  • Answer client questions about treatment options, safety, and what to expect before, during, and after infusion
  • Build trust through clear, honest education rather than pressure, reinforcing the clinic's reputation for expert care

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and mentor clinic staff, fostering a culture that encourages growth and excellence
  • Lead team performance through coaching, accountability, and goal-setting
  • Conduct regular performance discussions, set development plans, and recognize high performers
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the clinic
  • Resolve team conflicts promptly, fairly, and professionally

Client Experience, Sales & Retention

  • Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, and consistent experience
  • Drive clinic sales performance through memberships, packages, and wellness services, with a focus on education over pressure
  • Coach staff on client consultations and service recommendations that build trust and long-term relationships
  • Monitor retention metrics and lead outreach initiatives that keep clients coming back
  • Address client concerns quickly and turn them into opportunities to strengthen the relationship

Clinic Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, staffing levels, and inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Analyze key performance indicators and put action plans in place to improve results
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions, and process updates at the clinic level
Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of vascular access or IV infusion experience
  • Experience with sterile IV compounding, including dosage calculation and aseptic technique
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare or client-facing setting

Preferred

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
  • Experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong IV insertion, monitoring, and clinical assessment abilities
  • Proficient with EMR systems and everyday office/productivity tools
  • A natural leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable with empathy
  • Comfortable owning sales goals and revenue outcomes as part of clinic success
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service instincts and genuine care for client outcomes
Physical & Mental Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods
  • Strong critical thinking, numeric reasoning, and communication skills
Why You'll Love This Role
  • Lead with purpose — apply your clinical expertise in a true leadership role, not just a staff RN position
  • Grow your career — build business, sales, and people-management skills alongside your clinical practice
  • Make a real impact — help clients achieve meaningful, lasting health and wellness outcomes
  • Be supported — join a company that leads with integrity, partnership, and balanced leadership, and invests in your growth as much as your clients'
Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a well-rounded total compensation package designed to reward both clinical excellence and business performance:

  • Base Salary — a fixed annual salary paid on a bi-weekly basis
  • Performance-Based Bonuses — additional one-time bonuses tied to clinic revenue milestones
  • Profit Share — an ongoing percentage of clinic profit, rewarding long-term business performance
  • Tips/Commissions — tip or commission earnings
  • Health Benefits — eligibility to enroll in health, vision, dental, and Flexible Spending Account plans, with a company contribution toward the cost of a selected health plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) — PTO accrues from your first pay period, with accrual rates that increase at key tenure milestones
  • Service Allowance & Employee Perks — a discount on clinic services plus a monthly credit toward services or products at IV Nutrition locations

A full breakdown of compensation amounts and eligibility details will be provided as part of your formal offer.

Schedule

8–12 hour shifts, with rotational weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) based on staffing needs. Extended shifts are scheduled in advance; mandatory overtime is not a regular expectation of this role.

Is This You?

This role is built for an RN who wants to lead — someone who takes full ownership of results, thrives on developing people, and is energized by growing a business as much as caring for clients. You'll be accountable for everything that happens in your clinic: its people, its performance, its culture, and the experience every client walks away with. If that sounds like the kind of challenge you're ready for, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and bring your clinical expertise and leadership drive to a team that's redefining IV nutrition therapy.
