**Title:** Home Health RN
**Schedule:** Day shifts (M-F) with one in four call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 32
**Requirements:**
- 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients.
- Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
