Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Location: Denver, CO (Metro-Denver area)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Part-time: 3 days per week

Position Summary:
A home health organization in the Metro-Denver area is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the region. In this role, you will manage wound care, medications, admissions, and reassessments while working independently in the field. With both full-time and part-time scheduling available and a company car provided, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced home health nurse seeking flexibility and autonomy.

Position Offers:

• Competitive salary of $93,600–$114,400 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Metro-Denver area
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Administer and monitor medications
• Conduct patient admissions and discharges
• Perform re-evaluations to assess ongoing care needs
• Complete accurate, timely OASIS documentation for home health assessments

Qualifications:

• Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience
• Working knowledge of OASIS documentation
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Valid driver's license required
