**Title:** Long-Term Care Registered Nurse
**Schedule:** Must be available for all shifts.
**Assignment Details:**
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
**Requirements:**
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
- Experience with electronic medical records
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit.
- Administer medications and perform assessments.
- Develop and implement care plans and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Compliance / Notes:**
- Pay for holidays is based on hours worked on the day of the holiday.
