- Current Registered Nurse license
- Experience in emergency department settings
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assess and monitor patients' health status, promoting their well-being.
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and delegate care tasks to nursing staff when appropriate.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
