Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Tele

**ROLE – SPECIALTY** **Schedule** - Ratios: typically 1:5 days/nights; weekends may be 1:6 depending on census - Weekend schedule: around every other weekend - Call: rare; 2-hour response expectation - Orientation: ~36 hours **Assignment Details** - Daily census: 32 **Requirements** - License: GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission - Certifications: BLS, ACLS - Experience: Minimum of 1 year clinical RN experience - Prior travel experience required - Key clinical skills: - Experience managing continuous IV medications (including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Nitroglycerin, Insulin drips, Bumex, Lasix, Aggrastat, Argatroban, Heparin) - Familiarity with arrhythmia recognition/management and cardioversion assistance - Hemodynamic monitoring and post-PCI/TR band care - Basic med-surg skills: IV start/maintenance, central/PICC care, wound/drain care, chest tube familiarity - Respiratory support experience: HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP **Compliance / Notes** - All RTO must be finalized at submission; maximum 7 days RTO; holiday RTO limited per policy - Full compliance required to start on time; delays in compliance may push start ~2 weeks
